New, cozy and comfortable private villa. The villa finished in October 2023. From the windows you can see a beautiful Lapland forest landscape and if you are lucky, you can admire the northern lights directly from the window. Nice routes for outdoor activities and you can go snowshoeing in the forest directly from the backyard. The villa offers snowshoes for two people. After outdoor activities, you can relax in the Finnish sauna! 4 bedrooms in the villa: - Bedroom 1: King Size 180cm double bed - Bedroom 2: 2 x 90cm beds - Bedroom 3: 2 x 90cm beds - Bedroom 4: 2 x 80cm beds which can be stacked on top of each other - Wardrobes in each bedroom and 2 pillows in each bed. - Living room: Comfortable sofa, arm chairs and 65" flat-screen Smart TV - Dining room: 6-person table group that can be extended to 10 people - Fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances - Utility room: Washing machine with drying, drying rack, flatiron and ironing board - Cloakroom: Lots of storage space for outerwear - Toilet: Spacious toilet with bidet and hairdryer - Bathroom: Rain shower and toilet seat with bidet - Sauna: Electric heater and a beautiful forest landscape from the window - Outdoor storage: kicksled, snowshoes 2x, sleds 2x, toboggans 2x, children's snow shovel and lots of space for the guests' own equipment Children considered: Two lower beds in bedroom 4, children's tableware, potty, board games, toys, high chair, baby travel bed on request and bathtub on request. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.

Beautiful residential area. You can go to the wonderful Lapland's nature directly from the door. In addition, you can find cross country skiing tracks from this area. Free private parking in front of the villa for several cars. The villa is only 7 kilometers from the Rovaniemi center and 14 kilometers from the Rovaniemi airport and Santa Claus Village. It takes 8 minutes to drive to the center by car. It is 3 kilometers to the nearest foodmarket and 7 kilometers to Prisma hypermarket. The easiest way to get around is by rental car or taxi. Moving around Rovaniemi by car is easy.
