Current rating for this hotel on Booking.com is 8.8. We thought it was under rated. We had a nice stay for two nights.
We are glad to choose this hotel while visiting Pamplona. Breakfast is abundant and diversified with nice and friendly service. Room was large and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful, courteous and professional. There were plenty parking spots available on street, free of charge during weekend. It is located outside old town. About 15 minutes stroll from hotel to the edge of old town. Based on our experience, it deserves at least 9.3 to 9.4 even factoring in its location.

We stayed smack dab in the center of town.
We stayed smack dab in the center of town. The view from our balcony was of the bull run extravaganza. Perfect. The beds comfortable, bathroom nice with shower, the space was huge. Parking was down the street not too far but a street long walk costing 14 euro for the day and night. We ate a true Spanish dinner down the street. Took bull pictures in the store next store to our #13.
Did not know that you couldn’t drive to the hotel as our GPS guided us however, our host made a reservation for us to park there for 1/2 hour that was nice.
Walked to citadel and gardens a must see.

I was overwhelmed with the beauty and history of this city. I also have great memories of the people I interacted with; everyone was very kind and helpful. It is a city that is easy to get around in with seemingly no end to incredible history. I hope to return to Pamplona.

Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains.
Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. The city is full of history and was the capital of the kingdom of Navarre up until 1512. The city walls have survived on three sides and the fortress to the south of the city is one of the most impressive 16th century fortifications in Europe. The cathedral is also lovely. The old city is not very extensive and is easy to explore on foot but the streets are narrow and it would be challenging with a car although the hotel did have its own car park. We had two days in Pamplona and would have liked to stay for a third as we had to leave before we had seen all that we wanted to see.

It’s a small city.
It’s a small city. We stayed one day and saw the main points. I recommend visiting the cathedral. They charge a fee but you can visit the church, the museum and the atrium.
We also walked around the city walls . It was interesting.
Eat at cafe Iruña, from 1888.We had a great meal.
Lovely well-appointed room with very comfortable beds and every facility you need, including a Nespresso machine and mini-bar ... and proper glasses (not the plastic or cardboard throw-away types like in some other hotel chains). Well located - 20 minutes walk to old town; there are also many restaurants and bars nearby, including the hotel's own café/bar. Convenient underground parking at the hotel. Didn't have breakfast there this time but last time, in 2022, the breakfast was superb.
The hotel was in an amazing location! The staff were so helpful in recommending places to go, and when they found out I was an English teacher and was a fan of Ernest Hemingway, they eagerly offered to take us up to the room where he stayed when he visited in the 1950s and 60s. My Partner said it was one of the best hotel experiences he has ever had. Pamplona has been one of our favorite stops this trip and our stay at the hotel was a huge part of it!
Hotel is fantastically located overlooking the bull run by the town hall and within a 2mn walk to the main square; where you can find Cafe Iruna, made famous by Ernest Hemingway; and where there is underground car parking. Also very close to the Tourist Information office.
Hotel room was comfortable, spacious, with good size bathroom. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Bar and restaurant available downstairs and outside.
Loved the location as we were right in the old town with access to all the restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well decorated - the perfect place for my family for the weekend. The host was very helpful, she came to meet us at the apartment and gave us information on the apartment and also the city. We will definitely be back to Pamplona and would love to stay here again!
A bit outdated facilities, but not bad at all considering it was a historical chapel once. Beautiful interior decoration and great view covers for it. The breakfast was better than that of five star hotels, and the staffs were all extremely helpful and friendly. Also, service drink (wine) was served at the bar, which was one of the best wines I’ve tasted in Spain.
Excellent hotel in Pamplona
Location - a few steps from the bus stop and the old town. Pintxo bars and historical sites are easy to visit. The hotel provided maps and food recommendations.
We requested for a room upgrade and they gave us a room with a hot tub with jets. We enjoyed this very much.
Breakfast was good— they had a fresh orange juice maker.
The apartment was huge. It was perfect for us as a family of seven since we had ample space to meet in the common area and space to retreat in our rooms. The view from the apartment is amazing as you can see the city from above, and the location right next to the city hall is perfect for exploring the old town.
The hospitalero was wonderful, so kind and generous with his time! The location was also fantastic, located right on the Camino and only a short walk from the cathedral, bustling old town, the walls, the citadel, all you could ask for! The privacy curtains and personal lockers were also a big plus.
Really modern up to date hotel.
Breakfast was stunning, as we're the staff.
All very friendly, cheerful, and helpful.
Very clean linen, comphy bed and very very good position for walking to old town pamplona.. Great directions from the desk team..
Helpful staff. The room was reasonably spacious for 3 people. The beds were comfortable and the old town was within 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Restaurants were nearby and the hotel cafeteria was fine.
Comfortable every time. Nice sized room, great little cafe and a perfect location in the old town. Quiet thanks to the fact that it’s not on one of the busier streets yet close to all of the sights.
Nice apartment, well equipped. Good location in the center of old town in Pamplona. Next to Plaza del Castillo in Pamplona. 10-15 minutes walk to bus station. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.
An inexpensive hostel but excellent service. They did our laundry for just EUR 5, in a couple of hours. Close to old town. Quiet room with private bathroom.
