La hospitalidad y la amabilidad de todos los integrantes de Penguin hicieron que nuestra estadía sea maravillosa!!! Llegamos tarde el primer día y Osama estaba esperándonos con una cálida bienvenida. El desayuno de cortesía al lado del mar en el restaurante del hotel servido por Karim y Hesham era una fantástica manera de empezar el día. La ubicación es excelente, a medio camino entre los extremos lo que permite disfrutar caminatas para ambos lados, se encuentra en pleno inicio del centro por lo que hay supermercados y muchos lugares para comer así como ATMs. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodos!! Bonita, limpia y con un muy buen aire acondicionado Teníamos un vuelo muy tarde y nos permitieron quedarnos en la habitación sin costo extra, un detalle de cortesía por el que estamos súper agradecidos. Los encargados de las habitación estuvieron siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades así como Osama, le agradezco de corazón la experiencia, volvería sin dudarlo a Penguin Village. Quisiera volver a destacar el excelente trato personal que nos brindaron, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. The hospitality and kindness of all the members of Penguin made our stay wonderful!!! We arrived late the first day and Osama was waiting for us with a warm welcome. The complimentary seaside breakfast in the hotel restaurant served by Karim and Hesham was a great way to start the day.The location is excellent, halfway between the extremes, which allows you to enjoy walks on both sides. It is located at the very beginning of the center so there are supermarkets and many places to eat as well as ATMs. The room attendants were always attentive to our needs as well as Osama, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the experience, I would return to Penguin Village without hesitation. I would like to highlight again the excellent personal treatment they gave us, they made us feel at home!!
